Aureo T. Bunag or Reo, as he is fondly called by family and friends, is the current Vice President of the Greater Washington Alpha Phi Omega (GWAPO) in Washington State, a position he holds since he was elected for 2022 and 2023. Reo joined APO in 1989 at the Laguna College of Business & Arts (LCBA) in the Philippines, initiated under Batch ’89-D of Zeta Theta chapter, and later elected as the chapter’s Grand Chancellor in 1991.

Reo is a socio-civic minded person who enjoys serving the community. In 1991, he served as the President of the Youth Community Service Club (YCSC) of the Laguna College of Business & Arts (LCBA), where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, major in Accounting. He became the Executive Vice President of the Jaycees International, Santa Rosa 'Bantayan' Chapter (Laguna, Philippines) from 1994 through 1995. Aside from community service, Reo is also into sports. He was a varsity volleyball player in LCBA's Men's Division. He is also into basketball as well as sportfishing. He has great interest in watching movies during his spare time.

Reo was born in Reina Mercedes, Isabela, Philippines. He and his family moved to Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines in 1981. He then immigrated to California in 1995, and relocated to Renton, Washington, where he settled and raised three beautiful children (Sophia Marie, Raeda Bethany, and Raegan Christian) with his lovely wife, Imelda (Meldy).
